LINFIELD 1-0 CLIFTONVILLE 23.4.2011

On a day when issues at top and bottom of the Irish League could have been decided, it ended up that Linfield and Donegal Celtic are 6 points clear of where they want to be with 2 games to go, but will have to wait until Easter Tuesday to confirm thier fate.

Linfield beat Cliftonville 1-0 at Windsor Park today to virtually clinch the Irish League title, being 6 points clear with 6 to play for, and a plus 24 Goal Difference on nearest challengers Crusaders.

The game was very scrappy and not much action, but Linfield won, which was the important thing.

Managed to get some OK photos, nothing special.

Hopefully in the next week, i’ll have title celebrations and presentation photos.
