Was at Windsor Park today, the first time since January 22nd (and how I have missed it) for the match between Linfield and Carrick Rangers.

Carrick attacked from the start and deserved to go in level at half-time, 1-1, a pleasant change in approach from their previous league visit this season.

Linfield upped their game in the second-half, and began to dominante.

It had a feeling of being “One of those games” before finally, Jamie Mulgrew finally put Linfield 2-1 in front, and kickstarted a period of three goals in eight minutes which won the game for Linfield.

And now, we are all mathematicians as the season enters it’s final straight. Ten points from the next four games should suffice.

Usual story with photos at Windsor Park.
