STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF A FOOTBALL SEASON : 2021-2022

I went to my first game of 2022-2023 yesterday. Ridiculous.

Amazingly, I still haven’t digested my stats from 2021-2022 due to a late end to the season, a backlog of articles to write and actually having a job to go to for 37 hours a week.

The good news is, the stats are a bit better than 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 because i’ve actually been allowed to go to matches.

Not as cosmopolitan and well travelled as Pre Covid years (I do plan on remedying it in 2022-2023) although I did manage to fit in two stadiums I had never been to before.

So, here’s the breakdown of my football watching in 2021-2022
